BLACK CLOVER

Black Oak Capital partnered with BLACK CLOVER in October of 2014 to provide working capital for growth via a debt investment.  BLACK CLOVER designs and distributes premium hats and apparel both domestically and internationally with the slogan of Live Lucky.  Black Oak Capital was paid off in full, three years later.  During that period, Black Clover’s revenue tripled and distribution grew from its traditional model of primarily “green grass” golf courses, to national retailers and partnerships with international brands for expansion.  The Company’s previous lenders could not support the deep and rapid inventory expansion that was necessary to support Black Clover’s growing distribution.
