Black Oak Capital partnered with ZARBEE’s Naturals in 2009, when the Company had less than $1m in annual sales.  Zarbee's Naturals is focused on making wholesome, safe and chemical-free wellness products for the whole family. From vitamins and supplements to immune support products, Zarbee's Naturals believes that what's inside is what counts.  Black Oak Capital provided the Series A initial investment, recruited a seasoned CEO who led the Series B round, worked closely with its contract manufacturer to ensure continued supply of the product and participated in subsequent equity financings.  ZARBEE’s was sold to Johnson & Johnson in 2018.
